After a month of opening, we bought the building which SAAD Aoba-dori is located.
We named that “Mohammad Bld.” that is coming from our President’s name and we relocated our headquarter to there.

- We opened SAAD Sendai E.BeanS in Sendai.
It is our first shop in Sendai and it has been locating at one corner of the E.BeanS’s basement since decade ago.
This shop is also oldest shop of SAAD today. - June.1999
- Establishing SAAD Co. Ltd
- In 1999, SAAD became from A shop to a limited liability company.
At this time, SAAD Machida was thought to be our headquarter. - May.1999

It was located in Nakamise shopping street, which is busy street and takes about 8min. from the nearest station.
